The new Hugh Johnson Pocket Wine Book 2018 is due to be published at the beginning of September. No less than thirty four Israeli wineries are listed this year. The highlights are: Tzora Vineyards has been awarded Four Stars for the first time. Sphera and Shvo wineries are promoted to Three Stars. The wines of Feldstein, Mia Luce and Yaacov Oryah (for his own wines) have been recognized and wineries like Jezreel Valley and Kishor have also been listed for the first time.

This edition of the Pocket Wine Book is the forty first year of this book. It is the largest selling wine book in the world. Hugh Johnson has a team of experts advising him from individual countries.
