Yael Sandler Warner, sommelier, winemaker and educator has been awarded the prestigious Diploma by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. She started off on the sommelier route, winning 'Pras Yarden' for the best sommelier in Israel. She was a sommelier in London (at a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant) and in Melbourne. She studied winemaking in Australia and has worked at wineries in Tasmania and Israel, including being a winemaker at Binyamina Winery and Ella Valley Vineyards. She is now a lecturer to WSET students at IWSI, the Israel Wine & Spirit Institute.
The WSET is arguably the most famous wine school in the world. IWSI is the only WSET accredited wine school in Israel. Sandler joins only five other Israelis, who are able to put the letters DipWEST after their name.

Gal Zohar, sommelier, wine consultant, competition judge, author of wine guide, who now runs IWSI. He is the approved educator for WSET in Israel
David Montefiore, ex wine culture manager of Tabor Winery, is now Wine Department Manager of IBBLS (owners of Tabor and importers of Diageo spirits.)
Chaim Helfgott, is a lawyer, who writes articles. He has been published in Decanter & Drinks Business.
Debby Shoham Sion, ex training manager at Golan Heights Winery, now is the hostess at Margalit Winery.
