I am?pleased to announce that starting Monday September 6th (tomorrow!) 8 wines from Israel (including 4 that I import) are appearing as Featured Wines on the menu of Devon Seafood Grill in downtown Chicago just off of Michigan Avenue.
It’s been a real pleasure getting to know the staff and the General Manager Kevin there over the last few weeks.?I led a staff training on the Israeli terroir?and these wines late yesterday and I can assure you these guys and gals love the wines and are?pumped to share them with their customers.
Devon Seafood Grill serves thousands of customers each week – what an amazing platform for advancing love and awareness in premium Israeli wine!
?The fact that 4 of the 8 wines are from super-premium boutiques is more confirmation for what I’ve been saying for some time…the future of the Israeli wine world is in the small wineries.
