At Dalton winery more »

Naama Sorkin will finish as winemaker, and move into vineyard management for the winery.

Guy Eshel, graduate of University of California – Davis, has been appointed as the newwinemaker.

Naama Sorkin who has been with Dalton for the past 12 years will end her tenure as winemaker on 1 March 2015. Naama’s decision was based on he need for new challenges and a change of pace and as such Naama will begin managing one the Dalton vineyards in the North after herdeparture as winemaker.

Guy Eshel (32) will join Dalton as the new winemaker. Israeli born, Guy has spent the last fewyears in the United States working in wineries in California and completing his studies in Enologyat the University of California – Davis. More recently he has also completed vintages in France and Australia. Guy has always wanted to return to Israel to make wine and his position at Dalton has helped him fulfill that dream.
