Golan and Galil win gold more »

Out of 3,200 wines entered from around the world, the Mundus Vini 2015 results have been announced and there some some impressive Israeli winners.

The Golan Heights Winery won a very prestigious Grand Gold for the Yarden Chardonnay Odem Vineyard 2013. They also won Gold Medals for the Yarden Merlot Kela vineyard 2011 and Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon 2011.

Galil Mountain Winery was awarded no less than four Gold Medals for the Yiron 2011, Meron 2012, Galil Ela 2012 and Galil Viognier 2013.

Mundus Vini is arguably Germany's most important wine competition.
