Cordinata, publishers of The Wine Route of Israel and Shvill Ha’yayin, have now published a new updated edition of Wines of Israel. It features the same recognizable silhouette bottle on a background of green vine leaves. It is smaller, less expensive and easier to handle than the Wine Route of Israel. It features 100 Israeli wineries, large and small, and they are listed geographically in the regions where they are situated.
The book is by Elizer Sacks, owner of Cordinata, and Adam Montefiore, a wine industry veteran & the wine writer for the Jerusalem Post. The design is by Aya Bernhard. It will be sold at winery visitors’ centers and Israeli book shops.
Wines of Israel retails for 99 shekels.
