Recanati Winery has opened the harvest at its new winery. It is situated at the Dalton Industrial Estate in the Upper Galilee with a view of Mount Hermon and the Hula Valley. The winery, owned by Lenny Recanati and Uri Shaked, cost 60 million shekels.
The winery was founded in 2000. The CEO is Yaniv Inbar and the winemaker Koby Arviv. Their main labels are Special Reserve, Reserve, Med Blend, Upper Galilee, Yonatan and Yasmin. For the last 22 years, the winery has been situated at Emek Hefer in the Sharon Plain. Now it will become the largest winery in the Upper Galilee.
